Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely fulfillment of organizational needs.
- Implement new initiatives and manage recruitment selection processes to hire the right talent.
- Collaborate with APAC Talent Acquisition Director to evaluate applicant pools and recruitment channel efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and recruitment sources to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff to optimize customer service, sales, production, and distribution activities.
Requirements
- 5-15 years of experience in HR, IR, Payroll, or relevant skillsets.
- Deep understanding of production and quality procedures.
- Proven track record in driving full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of various production processes and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing recruitment process improvements.
- Ability to manage and drive recruitment strategy independently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
