We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations for electrical panels (LT/HT/Control Panels).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production planning, quality control, manpower management, and ensuring timely dispatch of projects while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet project timelines
- Oversee assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical panels
- Ensure quality standards through FAT and testing procedures
- Manage production cost, inventory, and material utilization
- Lead and supervise shop floor teams and improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
Requirements:
- B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 12–18 years of experience in panel manufacturing / automation industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, switchgear, and panel systems
- Experience with ERP systems and production tracking
- Leadership skills with ability to handle shop floor challenges
