Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager, located in Alwar. The Factory Manager will oversee daily production activities, ensure the implementation of quality control standards, and manage operational efficiency within the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating production schedules, supervising manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Additionally, the role demands continuous process improvement to optimize productivity and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring product standards
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a factory setup
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the paint or manufacturing industry is an advantage
