Job Opening: Factory Manager / Supervisor
📍 Location: Ispat Nagar, Kanpur
🏭 Industry: Steel Processing / Manufacturing
We are hiring a Factory Manager for our steel processing unit in Ispat Nagar. The role involves overseeing day-to-day factory operations, managing workers, ensuring production runs smoothly, and maintaining discipline and efficiency on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily factory operations and production activities
* Manage labour/workers and ensure smooth workflow
* Monitor material movement, loading/unloading, and production output
* Maintain records of production, inventory, and dispatches
* Coordinate with management regarding factory requirements and issues
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the factory
* Handle basic paperwork and communication when required
* Learn and understand steel processing operations
Requirements:
* Minimum education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
* Basic understanding of English reading and writing
* Hardworking, responsible, and dedicated towards work
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Willingness to learn factory operations and take ownership
* Prior experience in factory/manufacturing is preferred but not compulsory
* Candidates with experience in steel, fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing industries will be given preference
