Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager at Chokhi Dhani Group, based in Jaipur. The Factory Manager will oversee daily operations at the manufacturing facility to ensure smooth processes, productivity, and quality. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role also involves managing the workforce effectively, handling supply chain logistics, and facilitating communication between departments to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in production management, planning, and workflow optimization
- Strong leadership and team management skills along with the ability to drive team performance
- Experience in quality control, compliance with safety regulations, and operational efficiency measures
- Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics coordination
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Working knowledge of industry standards, tools, and manufacturing technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations, or Business Management
- Prior experience in managing a factory or production facility in a related industry will be an advantage
