Role and responsibilities:
- Prepare production feasibility reports, cost estimates and execution plan.
- Detailed understanding and working as per production execution documents.
- Ensure availability on time, the engineering deliverables and materials for production.
- Ensure implementation of uniform procedures and methods.
- Review periodically the work processes, identify functional gaps if any, and design corrections for establishing most effective workflows.
- Assess, periodically, the work progress for achieving the production objectives and direct remedial measures.
- Set up effective systems for surveillance of safety, quality, schedules and cost.
- Prepare and issue production progress reports.
- Prepare, coordinate and control schedule for all production activities.
- Coordinate among production processes, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, vendors, outsource materials and operations for smooth and efficient production.
- Manage installation at project sites
- Manage production contracts
- Prepare production close out and technical capitalization reports.
- Supervision of development and maintenance of production schedules at site level as well as overall program level.
- Training and developing subordinates.
