Role Description
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating and managing cosmetic manufacturing machinery, ensuring optimum production efficiency, consistent product quality, and adherence to GMP standards
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Machine Supervisor located in Jaipur. The Factory Machine Supervisor will oversee manufacturing operations, coordinate production planning, ensure quality control processes, and manage production flow. The role involves supervising daily factory activities, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring the efficiency of operations. The supervisor will play a key role in maintaining product quality and optimising manufacturing processes to meet production goals efficiently.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic production equipment and batch manufacturing processes.
• Ability to optimise machine performance, minimise downtime, and achieve production targets.
• Experience in supervising production teams and maintaining manufacturing records.
• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, quality systems, and factory safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and operational management skills.
