Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Viramgam, near Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee organizational HR functions, including recruitment, Grievances, shop floor, labor relations, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. Daily responsibilities include managing blue collared workforce, grievance handling, facilitating training and help with ERP readiness, addressing employee concerns, overseeing performance evaluations through effective KRAs and KPIs, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve collaboration with leadership and corporate HR to develop HR strategies that align with company goals and strategy.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in blue collar talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies
  • Experience in planning of Organisational restructuring, ERP, Strategic Goal Alignment, Change Management, realignment of KPIS, Gap Analysis, Dashboards etc
  • Experience in manufacturing based employee relations, performance management, and training programs
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and imlementation inluding KRAs and KPIs and Perfomance matrix, compliance, and labor laws
  • Leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar HR management role is preferred for minimum of 5 years
  • Preference will be given to experience from packaging or woven bags industry.
