Job Summary:
We are looking for a Factory HR Executive to manage core HR functions including statutory compliance, payroll, and recruitment for factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and Factory Act
- Handle PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and statutory records
- Coordinate audits and inspections
Payroll:
- Manage end-to-end payroll including attendance, OT, and leave
- Ensure accurate salary processing and statutory deductions
- Resolve payroll-related queries
HR Operations & Employee Relations:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee grievances and shop floor discipline
- Ensure smooth HR operations at factory level.
