Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Head at a grain-based distillery located in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. The Factory Head will oversee daily distillery operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, meeting production goals, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing financial and production reports, implementing business strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing a team to optimize performance. The Factory Head will report directly to senior management and play an integral role in achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Grain based Distillery Plant operation
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to ensure data-driven decision-making and operational optimization
- Proven leadership and team management abilities in an industrial environment
- Understanding of applicable industry regulations and compliance standards
- Relevant experience in managing distillery or manufacturing operations is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, PCM, or related field.
- · Master degree in related area
- Ability to work on-site in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh
Experience· 15–25 years of experience in distillery/alcohol manufacturing operations and Greenfield plant.
· Minimum 5–10 years in senior leadership or plant head role.
· Experience in ethanol grain-based distilleries preferred/Greenfield.
