Job Title: Factory Head – Cabinetry & Interior Manufacturing
Location: Hyderabad – Factory (Full-Time Onsite)
Experience: 5+ Years
Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Factory Head to oversee the complete manufacturing operations of cabinetry, wardrobes, and modular interior products. The candidate should be capable of managing production planning, factory workers, machinery, and quality control while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily factory operations and production workflows
- Plan and schedule production for cabinetry and furniture projects
- Supervise factory workers, machine operators, and production staff
- Coordinate with design and drafting teams to ensure drawings are production-ready
- Ensure efficient operation of machinery (CNC, panel saws, edge banders, etc.)
- Monitor production timelines and dispatch schedules
- Maintain quality control across all manufactured components
- Manage inventory, raw materials, and hardware procurement
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Maintain factory safety and operational discipline
Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing and modular furniture production
- Experience with CNC machinery, panel saws, edge banders, and other equipment
- Familiarity with production software for cabinetry manufacturing
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Preferred Background:- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, or interior manufacturing
- Understanding of factory workflows and production optimization
- Prior experience managing large-scale production teams and projects
