Weโre looking for a Factory Supervisor / Coordinator who can be the bridge between the Sales Team, Factory, Admin & Workers.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate between sales, factory, admin and production teams
- Communicate work requirements clearly to factory workers
- Coordinate with Hindi-speaking workers and ensure instructions are understood
- Track production, timelines and daily work
- Help solve day-to-day factory coordination issues

Tamil + English + Hindi โ MUST

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in factory/production supervision preferred

Ability to work comfortably with a multicultural workforce

Practical, responsible & hands-on approach
