We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to join our factory operations team at Manjusar, Vadodara.
This is a factory-based role suitable for someone who has experience in stock records, dispatch coordination, warehouse movement, inventory control and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Raw material inward records
Finished goods stock maintenance
Trading/import goods stock records
Packing material stock tracking
Dispatch register and loading slips
Invoice / e-way bill coordination
Daily factory report
Stock reconciliation and cross-checking
Coordination with production, warehouse, labour and office team
Candidate Profile:
Experience in factory admin, warehouse, dispatch or inventory work
Good Excel knowledge required
Tally knowledge preferred
Should be comfortable checking physical stock at factory/warehouse
Must be accurate, honest and disciplined in daily reporting

Manjusar, Vadodara
Salary:
₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
