Lead site operations including maintenance coordination, vendor supervision and safety compliance.
- 3+ years facility operations experience
- Diploma/ITI preferred
- Strong communication & team leadership
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, prepare reports and support vendor management.
- 1–3 years admin or FM experience
- Comfort with MS Office and CMMS
- Organised and proactive
Execute electrical maintenance, troubleshoot faults and ensure safety compliance on site.
- ITI/Diploma electrical
- Experience with low-voltage systems
- Valid safety certifications preferred
