Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Facilities professional to oversee day-to-day facility operations for multi-specialty hospital environments. The role involves managing soft and hard services, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and high standards of safety and patient care support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall facility operations including housekeeping, security, and support services
- Oversee maintenance of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) in coordination with engineering teams
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards across the facility
- Supervise vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facility operations
- Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Handle incident management and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility management
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in hospitals or healthcare setups
- Strong knowledge of soft services and basic technical services
- Experience in vendor management and facility operations
