Job Description Summary
Responsible for managing technical operations of facilities, ensuring optimal performance of building systems, compliance, and cost-effective maintenance.
Job Description
- Technical Maintenance: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage technical service providers, monitor SLAs, and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, safety standards, and energy efficiency guidelines.
- Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets, optimize costs, and recommend upgrades for technical infrastructure.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, audits, and prepare technical performance reports.
Key selection criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in technical facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, energy management, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and vendor management skills.
