Role Description
The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a smooth, secure, and efficient environment. Responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, supervising facility repairs, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing resource utilization. Additionally, the role involves handling budgets, implementing staff training, and creating contingency plans to address emergencies.
Qualifications
- Facility management, maintenance coordination, and operations management skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance regulations, and risk management practices
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Vendor coordination, budget planning, and resource optimization experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in facility management software is an advantage
- Relevant certifications or training related to Facility Management are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
