We have an exciting opportunity of Facility Manager for our Coworking Space Client based in Mumbai.
Job Role:
Leads regional facility and operations management across multiple centers with full P&L accountability. Responsible for ensuring multi-site operational governance, vendor management, and facility compliance, while driving client retention and enhancing overall client experience through proactive relationship management and timely resolution of escalations to maintain service continuity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own regional operational and financial performance across all centers, ensuring alignment with business targets, service standards, and profitability objectives.
- Lead and mentor Centre Heads / Building Leads, driving accountability for operational excellence, team performance, and superior client experience across locations.
- Oversee regional budget management, including cost optimization, financial planning, vendor spend monitoring, and adherence to P&L targets.
- Drive client satisfaction (CSAT) and retention through proactive engagement with enterprise clients and continuous improvement of workplace experience.
- Manage escalations from key client accounts, ensuring timely resolution, stakeholder alignment, and long-term relationship management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to support client expansion, renewals, and occupancy growth across the region.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit readiness across all centers by enforcing operational standards, safety protocols, and documentation practices.
- Standardize operating procedures and service delivery frameworks across multiple sites to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Facilities, HR, and Technology to ensure smooth execution of regional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 13+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in corporate or real estate environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Sound knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Proficiency in facility management tools and MS Office
