The Facility Manager will have responsibility for the management of a wide range of issues, from strategic contracts management to day-to-day operations at client site. He will be familiar with the service structure, delivery of services as per SOW including responses to requests for assistance on Facilities Management issues from client staff.
Detailed Job Description
- Will be In-Charge of all programs at clients’ properties in the region viz. site operations, contract Management, Procurement, Financial Management (P&L), Team management, to ensure best service delivery being client’s eye on all operational matters.
- To promote seamless and competitive operations by collaborating with the top management, and both local and client offices.
- Support various client-specific programs such as technology launches, training and user experience initiatives.
- Oversee all key performance indicators in the region and make sure that the team meets clients’ requirements including audits, reports and presentations and overall account management.
- Creating a working environment that promotes collaboration, performance, and personal growth. Play an essential role in boosting talents’ career growth and employee retention through training and stable succession plans.
- Motivate the team and usher them into victory over difficult business decisions. Serve as an important mediator who will settle rifts and arguments should conflicts arise.
- Maintain the consistency of services by working closely with account leads and site teams to develop tailored and innovative solutions. Additionally, to take charge of the site’s financial operations targets, process compliance and risk management.
