We’re Hiring: Facility Manager
📍 Alpha Healing Center
Location Near Vadodara Gujarat
Full-time role with mandatory on-site presence
Bachelor preferred
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Facility Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and create a safe, structured, and healing environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations including housekeeping, security, kitchen, and maintenance
* Ensure all areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained
* Maintain a calm, patient-friendly environment
* Supervise and manage housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff
* Maintain quality of food, cleanliness, and basic amenities
* Address non-clinical concerns promptly
Key Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Any field preferred
✔️ 3–7 years of experience in facility management (hospital, rehab, hotel, or healthcare would be added advantage
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔️ Good problem-solving and crisis-handling ability
✔️ Basic understanding of compliance and safety standards
✔️ Ability to work in a sensitive environment (mental health & addiction recovery)
