Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Manager located in Bengaluru. The Facility Manager will oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, coordinating with vendors and contractors, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiencies. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and addressing facility-related issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facility Management, including building maintenance, vendor coordination, and operations efficiency
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards
- Budget management, cost optimization, and asset lifecycle management expertise
- Leadership and team management capabilities, with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, organization, and operational planning skills
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, facility management software, or other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in working on commercial or large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous
