Role Name: Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

Core Responsibilities
- Enterprise-level B2B client acquisition across assigned territories
- Revenue generation and target achievement
- Negotiation and closure of high-value corporate contracts (₹25 Lakhs+)
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- End-to-end sales cycle management (Prospecting to Closure)
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Collaboration with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Sales pipeline visibility and forecasting
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in Sales / Business Development
- Proven track record in large-ticket B2B contract closures
- Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent English communication & presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven and strategic approach
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet revenue goals
