We are looking for Facility Head – Gujarat for Leading IFM Company.
Job Title: Facility Head
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes.
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term occupancy.
Financial Management
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor operating expenses
Maintenance & Operations
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Legal & Compliance
- Stay updated on zoning laws, building codes, and lease regulations.
- Manage risk, insurance, and legal disputes.
- Handle eviction processes when necessary.
Marketing & Occupancy
- Conduct property tours and highlight amenities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting.
- Analytical skills for budgeting and investment planning.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
Typical Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- Experience: 10 years + Prior work property management.
- Certifications: CPM (Certified Property Manager)
