Facility Executive - Technical
Key Technical Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Operations: Developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Overseeing repairs of equipment (pumps, motors, breakers) and managing facility shutdowns or emergencies.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Managing third-party service providers, setting work permits, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and safety regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs, checklists, history cards for equipment, and submitting daily/monthly reports (DMR/MMR).
- Energy & Cost Management: Implementing energy-saving initiatives, auditing energy consumption, and managing budgetary constraints for repairs and maintenance.
- Safety Compliance: Conducting regular inspections to identify hazards and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Project Coordination: Assisting with technical aspects of facility renovations, installations, or relocations.
Position: Facility Executive – Technical
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering
Experience Required: 5-6 years of relevant experience in facility management or hospitality operations
Work Schedule:
The role operates on a 24/7 shift rotation system with three alternating shifts:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 1-month notice period
