Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facility Executive – Technical & Soft Services to manage end-to-end facility operations, including both technical maintenance and soft service functions. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, vendor management, and maintaining high service standards across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Services:
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other technical systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure all technical operations comply with safety standards.
- Monitor DG, UPS, STP, and other critical equipment.
Soft Services:
- Manage housekeeping, security, and pantry operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards are maintained.
- Supervise soft service staff and vendors.
General Responsibilities:
- Vendor management and performance monitoring.
- Handle client/tenant requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to SLA/KPI standards.
Eligibility:
- Experience in both technical and soft services facility management.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team handling ability.
