Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Facility Executive - Soft Services. The primary responsibilities include managing daily facility operations, ensuring high standards for building management, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Additional tasks involve coordinating with vendors, managing soft services, and addressing client needs promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Building Management systems and processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an on-site environment
- Educational background in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate or facilities management sector is advantageous
