Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Facility Executive – Soft Services, based in Roha. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless delivery of soft services, including housekeeping, pantry services, pest control, and landscaping. Responsibilities include monitoring vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and addressing client needs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The Facility Executive will also conduct routine inspections, manage resources effectively, and coordinate with various teams to ensure an optimal working environment for users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) practices, with attention to efficiency and process optimization
- Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and addressing client service needs
- Experience in Building Management, including overseeing infrastructure and soft service operations
- Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulatory compliance is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in facilities management within the soft services domain is an advantage
