Pholus Globos Facility Services Private Limited is a 24/7 integrated facility management company headquartered in Bengaluru, India. Established in 2023, we provide end-to-end operations across engineering O&M, soft services, pest control, business support, IBMS operations, and data center maintenance for diverse commercial and industrial clients.
Role Description:
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and proactive Facility Executive to support day-to-day facility operations, vendor management, documentation, and client coordination. Freshers with strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are encouraged to apply!
Salary: 15k - 18k per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing daily facility management, maintenance schedules, and site activities.
- Documentation & Invoicing: Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, service reports, and billing documentation.
- Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate with vendors for pricing, follow up on material procurement, and track service delivery.
- Client & Site Support: Act as a point of contact for clients, internal teams, and service partners to resolve daily operational tasks.
- Task & Order Tracking: Track work orders, service tickets, and field tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle phone calls, manage email correspondence, and maintain organized digital and physical office records.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Experience: Open to Freshers (0–2 years of experience in administration or facility support is a plus).
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email etiquette.
- Key Traits: Quick learner, highly organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)
- Vendor management and negotiation follow-ups
- Quotation and invoice drafting
- Clear written and verbal communication
