Role Description
The Facility Executive will oversee facility operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of day-to-day building and support services. Responsibilities include managing facility-related concerns, coordinating with service providers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) to oversee building maintenance and services effectively.
- Experience in Building Management with the ability to address operational needs and maintain infrastructure quality.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction by addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in facility management or equivalent professional experience are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
