Key Job Description Components
- Service Management: Oversee janitorial staff, pest control, indoor/outdoor landscaping, waste management, and cafeteria/pantry services.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee contracted vendors to ensure service delivery, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and cost-effective operations.
- Site Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (including COSHH), conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
- Operational Control: Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and supplies, manage budgets, and handle daily staffing needs.
- Administrative Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, manage helpdesk requests, and ensure client complaints are resolved promptly.
