Duties & Responsibilities
What this job involves –
- Support HR and Admin functions for seamless operations
- Handle employee lifecycle management and administrative coordination
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and administrative procedures
- Coordinate between HR requirements and administrative execution
- Manage employee records, documentation, and facility administrative needs
Key HR & Administrative Functions:
- Handle employee onboarding including documentation.
- Process HR documentation including PF ESIC documentation, banking process.
- Handle employee grievances coordination for PF / Meal card
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and office events
- Coordinate office administration including supplies, maintenance, and housekeeping oversight
- Manage SEZ (Special Economic Zone) office activities, including proper handling of inward and outward material flow and documentation. Oversee housekeeping department manpower allocation and coordinate soft services to maintain office premises in optimal condition.
- Supervise mail room operations, managing inward and outward courier services for both domestic and international shipments while maintaining accurate delivery records and data.
- Handle stationery department operations, placing monthly orders and maintaining inventory data to ensure adequate supplies across departments. Prepare and distribute monthly MMR (Material Management Reports) sheets to respective stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed consumption data for monthly beverages, Café Coffee Day (CCD) usage, and electricity consumption to support budgeting and resource planning.
- Support and coordinate annual day events and company sports events, handling logistical arrangements and execution responsibilities. Manage access control systems to ensure proper security protocols.
- Generate monthly purchase orders (POs) and maintain attendance records for support staff, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
