Job Title: Facility Executive - Technical

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Facility Technical Executive to support daily facility operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on skills in building services, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth workplace functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily facility management and technical operations.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and vendor services for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors for repair and service activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, stock, and utilities usage.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and timely issue resolution at the site.
- Support senior executives in audits, inspections, and project tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in facility/technical operations.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle on-ground facility requirements.
Work Mode: On-site
Working Days: 6 days a week
