Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Engineer, located in Rajarhat. The Facility Engineer will oversee facilities operations, ensure optimal functionality, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment as required. Responsibilities include managing facility infrastructure, monitoring equipment and system performance, and working with other facility staff to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Facilities Engineering and Facility Management (FM)
- Experience in Facilities Operations and managing facility systems
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with facility teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in water cooler systems or similar applications is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
