Job Summary
The Admin & Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a safe, effi cient, and well-organized workplace. This role manages facilities, vendors, offi ce infrastructure, compliance, and support services while ensuring cost control and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
● Managed end-to-end administration and facility operations across offi ce and store locations, ensuring smooth, safe, and effi cient functioning
● Oversaw facility management including maintenance, utilities, security, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and infrastructure upkeep
● Ensured compliance with statutory, safety, and local regulations through audits, documentation, and timely issue resolution
● Handled admin and facility budgets, vendor contracts, cost optimization initiatives, and process improvements
● Managed estate operations for Pune & Mumbai stores, including rentals, utility bills, vendor billing, PO/GRN/invoice processing, GST billing, and landlord coordination
● Led team performance, including training, team building, and driving departmental and organizational goals
● Managed landlord/vendor agreements, renewals, negotiations, rent escalations, property acquisition, and audit processes (attendance & POD)
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fi eld (MBA or equivalent is an added advantage)
Experience
● 3+ years of experience in administration or facilities management.
● Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and compliance.
Key Skills
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
● Vendor negotiation and cost management
● Knowledge of statutory and workplace safety compliance
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Profi ciency in MS Offi ce and basic reporting tools
