Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Gurugram. The Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations, including maintenance and repair activities across properties managed by the company. They will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, coordinate with vendors and contractors, manage budgets, and implement efficient facility management practices. The role also includes developing and executing improvement initiatives to enhance the overall environment of the facilities.
Qualifications
- Facilities management, property maintenance, and workplace safety knowledge
- Vendor coordination, budget management, and contract negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems to manage facilities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
