Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Singapore. The Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the workspace is functional, safe, and efficient. Responsibilities include maintenance supervision, vendor management, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional tasks involve coordinating office relocations or redesigns, managing equipment and supplies inventory, and addressing facility-related emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance
• Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
• Contract out landscaping and snow removal services
• Oversee and supervise team of maintenance technicians
• Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
• Coordinate with the Director of Capital Projects on the implementation of new building projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Management and Maintenance Operations
- Skills in Vendor Coordination, Procurement, and Budget Management
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Compliance Regulations
- Strong Organizational, Problem-Solving, and Time-Management Skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as IFMA or BIFM are an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Facility Management Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
