We're Hiring | Facilities Manager
Sukoon Health is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee end-to-end facility operations across our psychiatric hospitals and rehabilitation centres, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centric environments.
Experience: 4+ years
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, F&B, laundry, and vendor operations
- Oversee budgets, resource planning, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory standards
- Coordinate facility maintenance, upgrades, and service providers
- Drive operational excellence across multiple facility functions
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree
- 4+ years of experience in facilities management (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and team leadership skills
