Facilities ManageriCIMSfull-timeRequired skillsappraisalcomplianceinterpersonal skillstime managementAbout the role iCIMS Website: icims.com Job details: Facilities ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES:Manages and directs services such as reception, security guards, maintenance, safety, concessionaire, and company driverResponsible in the maintenance and monitoring of the facilities, equipment and infrastructure of the companyComplies with both international and local safety standardsConducts researching and implementing best practices to ensure the smooth operations and safety of the employees, stakeholders and clientsParticipates in the infrastructure design, will recommend repairs and replacement of equipment, furniture and facility. Trouble shooting some minor technical / facility problemsResponsible for facilities inspections and reportsManages and prepares capital and operating budget (OPEX and CAPEX) and other variance reportsProvides supervision to individual employees within the single functional or operational areaPrepares and delivers performance appraisal to the direct reportFormulate, Plan and Implement cost saving measures on utilities consumption/costEnsure all safety procedures, including crisis management/business continuity and emergency procedures are maintained at all timesAct as project coordinator for all size projects including large scale repair and new facility construction projectsOther tasks/functions that may be assigned by the company based on business requirementREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree (any field) or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 4 years related work experience in a supervisory/ managerial capacity is requiredExposure in a BPO/KPO or similar industry highly preferredExperience in the high tech industry, preferably in IT, telco, or Data CentersTrack record in building a high performing teamKnowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental regulationsKnowledgeable in building code compliance, facilities and permitsExcellent CAPEX/OPEX and stakeholder managementKnowledgeAbility to prioritize projects, assign resources, establish schedules, and manage to meet deadlines and expectationsAbility to develop and maintain effective and efficient financial reporting procedures and systems for the companyAbility to effectively interact and work with the company’s external auditors, building management in all its facilities related concernsSkillsStrong leadership skills; effective decision makerStrong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to direct and work with othersStrong technical skills in IFRS, UKGAAP and London Stock exchange, combined with good business sense and understanding of key business issues and driversExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMust possess effective organizational skills and time management skillsAbilitiesAbility to work on several projects simultaneouslyAbility to come up with sound and accurate decisions in any given circumstanceAbility to exhibit professionalismDemonstrated ability to work with facilities leads and team membersDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associatesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule (graveyard/shifting schedule) Click on Apply to know more.
