Job Role:
The Manager – Facilities is responsible for managing end-to-end facilities operations across academic buildings, hostels, and campus infrastructure. The role ensures seamless delivery of soft and hard services, including housekeeping, security, catering, maintenance coordination, vendor management, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of integrated facilities management (IFM) operations.
- Ability to manage large, multi-user environments.
- Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on service quality and efficiency.
