Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Gurugram. The Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations relating to facility management, including maintenance, vendor management, space planning, and compliance with safety and building regulations. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating facility services, ensuring proper functioning of utilities, and addressing maintenance issues promptly. The role will also involve supervising facility teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring an efficient and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in facility operations, maintenance, and vendor management
- Proficiency in space planning, resource optimization, and building safety compliance
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and stakeholder interaction
- Proficiency in facility management systems and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within corporate or commercial environments is a strong advantage
