Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a designated property in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This on-site role involves managing daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for employees and visitors. Responsibilities include vendor management, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, managing budgets, overseeing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring optimal facility performance.
Qualifications
- Facility management expertise, including building operations, maintenance, and space planning
- Vendor and contractor management experience, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance processes
- Budget management and cost control skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with facility management software and technology
- Leadership and team management experience
