We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, vendor coordination, and employee travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling office infrastructure, procurement, and corporate travel bookings while ensuring smooth operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the office
- Manage office supplies, asset inventory, and procurement
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors for office upkeep (housekeeping, security, internet, repairs, etc.)
- Ensure smooth functioning of all workplace facilities
- Manage seating arrangements and office space allocation
- Handle maintenance contracts (AMC) and service schedules
- Identify and onboard vendors for various services
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contracts
- Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport)
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Prepare travel itineraries and coordinate approvals
- Maintain records of invoices, contracts, and admin-related documents
- Generate MIS reports for administration and facilities
- Provide administrative support to employees and leadership
- Work closely with HR and Finance for reimbursements and approvals
Required Skills:

- Problem-solving and time management
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
