🎯 Now Hiring: Facility Manager – Soft Services (Mumbai)
📌 Position: 01
📍 Location: Mumbai (Powai)
💰 Salary: Upto 65,000 CTC/-
🕒 Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference
👨💼 Experience:
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Facility Management – Soft Services
🎓 Education:
Any Graduate
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day soft services operations client sites.
Manpower management and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with clients, site in-charges, and supervisors to ensure service quality.
Proactively address and resolve staff grievances.
Provide HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) leadership, training, and operational support.
Implement and standardize HSEQ processes and procedures across all sites.
Conduct HSEQ audits and create continuous improvement plans.
Carry out site surveys and follow up with clients for timely payments.
Maintain strict compliance with HSEQ standards.
