Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, implementing safety protocols, and managing vendor relationships. This role also includes budget management for facility operations, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance, coordinating with internal and external teams, and addressing operational issues in a timely manner. The Facilities Manager will collaborate with various departments to create a safe and efficient environment for all stakeholders.
How can you make an Impact?
1. The core purpose of the Project Maintenance Head role is to deliver cost effective maintenance services and build a vibrant community by engaging residents in sporting, social and other events.
2. He will be responsible for monthly collections as well as planning and adhering to the budget.
3. He must ensure customer delight and thereby generate referrals by addressing customer observations in a timely manner. He will hold open houses with residents to identify areas of improvement.
4. Written & oral communication skills are essential as regular communication with RWA & residents will be an integral part of the role along with feedback(s) for improvement in current and future projects to the relevant stakeholder(s).
5. He/She will be responsible for monthly collections as well as planning and adhering to the budget and preparation of monthly reports.
6. He/She is expected to ensure statutory/regulatory compliances at the project(s). 7. He/She must ensure training & development of his team along with understanding employee observations by way of Quarterly town halls.
