Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Gurugram. We are seeking a seasoned Facility Manager with proven experience overseeing 30–40+ retail locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all sites operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with brand standards. This role involves managing maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, budgets, and capital improvement projects while supporting a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations across 30–40+ retail store locations.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and landlords on store openings, closures, and remodels.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Skills in vendor management and coordination with service providers
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- 5–8+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3+ years overseeing 30+ retail locations.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and facility regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the retail or financial services industry is a plus
