Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for a Facilities Management Specialist. The individual will be responsible for overseeing building operations, general maintenance, and compliance with safety and energy standards. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring proper facility functionality, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and implementing efficient energy management practices. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving facility-related issues, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Management and Facility Management (FM) operations
- Strong expertise in Building Maintenance and Energy Management
- Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for facilities-related projects
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Relevant certifications in Facilities Management or a related field are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
