Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Executive - Hospital based in Mumbai. The Facilities Executive will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensure smooth building management, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating facility resources, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards tailored to meet the specific needs of healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibility
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure clean, hygienic hospital areas.
- Monitor daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and waste management.
- Ensure proper patient room cleaning and quick bed turnaround.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, and shift rosters.
- Maintain checklists, reports, and basic documentation.
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Support quality and safety guidelines (NABH standards preferred).
Requirements
- Graduate preferred from Hospitality or Hotel Background.
- 4+ years of experience in housekeeping/soft services; hospital experience is an advantage.
- Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
