Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Facilities and Projects Architect. The role involves designing and overseeing facility layouts, managing project workflows, preparing submittals, ensuring compliance with environmental standards, and incorporating sustainable practices like LEED principles. The Architect will work closely with project teams, utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, and take responsibility for project coordination and execution from conception to completion.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and proficiency in design principles
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies
- Knowledge of Submittals and Project Management best practices
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and sustainable design standards
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proven leadership capabilities within project management and architectural teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
