About Anant Academy
Anant Academy is a flagship initiative of Anant Education Trust that empowers talented girls from government schools to successfully transition from Grades 11 and 12 into college and meaningful careers.
Our program goes beyond academic support. We help students become confident communicators, independent learners, digitally fluent, and purpose-driven young women through academic facilitation, communication, digital literacy, mentoring, and project-based learning.
We are looking for a passionate educator to join us as our Learning Facilitator and play a pivotal role in building this program from the ground up.
About the Role
As the Learning Facilitator, you will lead the day-to-day implementation of Anant Academy. You will create learning experiences, facilitate communication skills and digital literacy sessions, support students in becoming independent learners, and continuously strengthen the program.
You will work closely with the Founder to shape the student experience, refine systems, and build a model that can grow over time.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Skills Facilitation
Facilitate engaging sessions that strengthen students' spoken and written English.
Design and continuously improve communication modules and learning experiences.
Create opportunities for public speaking, discussions, presentations, reflective writing, and collaborative learning.
Digital Literacy Facilitation
Design and implement Anant Academy's digital literacy curriculum.
Help students become confident users of digital tools for learning, research, collaboration, and professional growth.
Develop students' understanding of AI and emerging technologies, enabling them to use these tools responsibly to enhance productivity and learning without becoming dependent on them.
Academic Facilitation
Support students during guided self-learning sessions.
Help students set learning goals, plan their studies, overcome academic roadblocks, and stay accountable.
Coordinate with subject experts whenever additional academic support is required.
Foster habits of independent learning rather than dependence on instruction.
Student Mentoring & Growth
Build meaningful relationships with students while maintaining high expectations.
Track each student's academic, personal, and skill development.
Maintain student portfolios and document learning milestones.
Conduct regular feedback and reflection sessions to support continuous growth.
Program Development
Adapt existing partner curricula and create new learning resources where required.
Design engaging learning activities aligned with the vision of Anant Academy.
Support mentorship sessions, workshops, guest speakers, projects, and exposure opportunities.
Continuously improve the program based on student needs and feedback.
Program Operations
Maintain student records and documentation.
Monitor attendance, engagement, and overall student progress.
Coordinate with parents, mentors, volunteers, and partner organisations as required.
Contribute to building systems that enable the program to scale.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has prior teaching or facilitation experience (mandatory).
Has excellent spoken and written English.
Is passionate about language, communication, and education.
Enjoys working with adolescents and believes deeply in their potential.
Is organised, proactive, and takes ownership.
Can design engaging learning experiences rather than simply deliver lessons.
Is comfortable building new systems and programs from scratch.
Balances empathy with high expectations.
Is a strong collaborator and lifelong learner.
Technical Skills
You should be comfortable using:
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
Canva
AI tools with a strong understanding of how they can be used responsibly to improve learning and productivity, while encouraging critical thinking and avoiding over-reliance

Within the first year:
Students demonstrate significantly greater confidence in spoken English.
Students effectively use digital tools to learn, collaborate, and create.
Students become more independent, disciplined, and self-directed learners.
Every student maintains a high-quality learning portfolio.
Student attendance and engagement remain consistently high.
A strong communication and digital literacy program is established and ready to scale for future cohorts.
Location
Anant Valley Public School, Tikri Kalan, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time
Probation: Three months
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
