Role Overview
We are hiring Facilitators to deliver Communication and Public Speaking programs in partner schools. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on implementation of a structured curriculum and activity-based training model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver communication and public speaking sessions using pre-designed modules
- Facilitate classroom activities, presentations, and speaking exercises as per curriculum
- Execute the academy’s structured training program in schools
- Coordinate with school staff for smooth program delivery
- Track participation and basic student progress
In addition, Facilitators will be responsible for executing (not designing) monthly engagement activities, including:
- Townhall sessions
- Toastmasters-style speaking clubs
- Creative communication camps
All formats, content, and structure will be provided by the academy. The role requires effective execution and classroom facilitation, not content creation.
Selection Process
This is a selection-based opportunity with a structured evaluation process:
- Application Screening
- Communication Assessment
- Demo / Speaking Round
- Personal Interview
Only shortlisted candidates will be selected for the program.
Role Structure and Progression
Selected candidates will undergo a structured onboarding and training phase, followed by deployment in partner schools.
Standard Pathway:
Phase 1: Training & Onboarding (1 Month)
- Training in communication delivery, facilitation techniques, and program execution
- Practice sessions based on provided curriculum
Phase 2: School Deployment (Months 2 to 6)
- Deployment as a Facilitator in partner schools
- Implementation of structured sessions and activities
Phase 3: Certification & Full-Time Role
- Certification aligned with communication training standards
- Transition to full-time employment
Enrollment Fee: ₹50,000
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (for 5 months)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance and feedback)
Alternate Pathway (Selective – Based on Evaluation)
Candidates from challenging backgrounds, demonstrating strong potential during the selection process, may be offered:
- No enrollment fee for training
- Participation in the program without upfront payment
- No stipend during the initial 5-month deployment period
- Transition to full-time salaried role (₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month) based on performance
This pathway is offered at the sole discretion of the organization after evaluation.

- Ability to follow structured systems and deliver consistently
- Willingness to learn and adapt
